Conversational AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to design and build enterprise‑grade AI solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, and GenAI‑powered agents. You will work with cutting‑edge AI tools, cloud‑native architectures, and large‑scale enterprise environments to shape the future of automated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Conversational AI applications such as chatbots, voicebots, and GenAI‑driven virtual agents.
• Build and optimise conversation flows, intents, prompts, and AI orchestration logic across platforms like Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Teneo, and Watson.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including vector stores, embeddings, and knowledge integrations.
• Develop clean, well‑tested, maintainable code for backend services, integrations, and custom AI logic.
• Integrate AI solutions into large enterprise ecosystems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with client architecture and engineering teams to define solution patterns, architecture, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile sprints, planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Conversational AI orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, digital customer experience patterns, and responsible AI practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services.
