Business Support Associate – Marketing (Italian Speaking)

About the role

As a member of Roche’s Global Digital Hub, you will support digital marketing operations and help drive the execution of customer communications, product activation and data management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms such as Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, give continuous feedback and drive process standardisation, automation and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication or Business) with 1–3 years of digital operations or shared‑services experience.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and other digital workflow and data‑management platforms.
• Strong understanding of process‑driven environments and global execution standards.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and customer‑focused with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement.
