About the role

We are looking for a motivated assistant to support the Project Manager of dental materials and techniques. The role combines market analysis, supplier negotiations, client interaction and administrative coordination within a fast‑growing medical technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse product competitiveness and set sales prices according to market trends.
• Negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, terms and contract documentation.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new business partners.
• Prepare, coordinate and administer documentation related to procurement, deliveries, sales and projects, ensuring timely circulation.
• Communicate with clients, provide product consultations and coordinate the sales process to successful closure.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Project Manager in daily tasks.
• Monitor project deadlines, information flow and ensure effective process coordination.

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of dental materials is an advantage.
• Experience in active sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken Latvian and English.
• Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to make independent decisions.
• Result‑oriented, precise and positive attitude.
• Category B driver’s licence.
