Warehouse Manager – Logistics & Process Improvement

About the role

ITAB, a leading European manufacturer of retail equipment, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its Riga plant. You will be responsible for organizing daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and continuously improving processes using Lean and 5S principles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, picking, packing, shipping and internal logistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate material flow to production and finished‑goods delivery to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts and manage ERP data.
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team, schedule resources and monitor performance.
• Analyse KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient processes.
• Promote Lean and 5S practices throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate closely with production, purchasing and planning departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or material flow management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and planning skills.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Good command of Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
