Terminal Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Terminal Operations Coordinator will join Circle K's Terminal Operations Center in Riga, supporting the safe and efficient operation of fuel terminals across multiple regions. This permanent position offers exposure to the full fuel supply chain and the chance to work with both internal and external operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor terminal safety alarms, security systems and access controls.
• Organise and support operational tasks such as ship and railway import procedures, cross‑country deliveries and driver assistance.
• Maintain terminal operations within internal and national systems.
• Ensure safety and quality control in daily activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with other departments, stakeholders and customers.
• Support the development and automation of operational systems and market processes.

Required profile

• Higher education (or in progress) or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Latvian and English for communication with European and US business units.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule, including day, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple systems.
• Team‑player mindset with analytical thinking and a hands‑on approach.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑driven personality.
