Technical Agile Coach

About the role

Join the DevOps Center of Excellence to help engineering teams improve how they build software and collaborate. You will work closely with Scrum Masters and engineers, removing obstacles and fostering sustainable delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters and teams to enhance flow, collaboration, ownership, and delivery.
• Support planning, dependency management, and friction removal across teams.
• Translate retrospectives, metrics, and observations into concrete, lasting actions.
• Work hands‑on with teams to solve real challenges and raise operational excellence.
• Mentor less‑experienced Scrum Masters, guiding them to become effective improvement leaders.
• Navigate complex, multi‑team environments, clarifying ownership and aligning delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence how teams develop, collaborate, and succeed.

Required profile

• Several years of experience with agile practices in software engineering.
• Proven track record coaching Scrum Masters, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flow‑based improvement applied pragmatically.
• Experience handling cross‑team dependencies and improving collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior Scrum Masters.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
