Software Engineer – Scalable Lending Platform

About the role

Join Wandoo Finance as a Software Engineer to design and build a scalable lending platform that will support millions of loans worldwide. You will own a core product, shaping its architecture, stability and security while collaborating closely with product, analytics and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work end‑to‑end on product scoping, system design, development, testing, rollout and monitoring.
• Write clean, well‑tested Java code that powers financial products used by tens of thousands of users.
• Take responsibility for production systems: monitor, debug, improve and ensure compliance in a regulated fintech environment.
• Collaborate directly with product and business stakeholders to translate real needs into solid technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical direction within a small team, continuously challenging existing solutions.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of professional software development experience with a focus on ownership of features.
• Willingness to show end‑to‑end ownership from design to production.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and curiosity about business context.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
