About the role

Join the professional team at Skandi Motors as a Service Customer Consultant. You will be the main point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring they receive high‑quality service and support for their vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality client service throughout the post‑sale process.
• Plan and coordinate service repair work with customers, offering technical advice and cost estimates.
• Inform customers about service offerings and current promotions.
• Organise the service appointment schedule.
• Prepare invoices, enter data into the accounting system, and operate the cash register.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of automobile construction and operation.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles with good communication skills; automotive service experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken Latvian.
