Senior Manager - Valuation (Transactions & Corporate Finance)

About the role

EY Parthenon is looking for a Senior Manager in its Transactions & Corporate Finance team, focused on Valuation, based in Riga. You will work with high-profile clients to understand the value of their businesses, shareholdings and intangible assets, typically in the context of a transaction, investment decision or financial reporting and tax estimate.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, corporate finance or related fields.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or consulting/professional services environment is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Appraiser or assistant appraiser licence, and qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, RICS, ASA or similar, are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong track record in valuations, financial modelling, M&A, restructuring and complex transactions.
• Ability to build and/or review financial models and solid knowledge of valuation methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and proven ability to leverage AI tools with human oversight.
• Team leadership, project management and delegation, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
