Senior Google Ads Manager - PPC Magic

About the role

We are seeking a senior, client‑facing Google Ads Manager to own a portfolio of B2B and lead‑generation accounts, including international SaaS clients. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for strategy, execution and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10+ client accounts covering strategy, campaign build, optimisation and reporting.
• Lead client communications, run performance calls, present strategies and advise senior stakeholders.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns focused on cost‑per‑acquisition and lead quality.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced and offline conversions).
• Audit and restructure accounts into clean, scalable campaign architecture.
• Manage bidding strategies and budgets to meet performance targets.
• Identify opportunities, propose tests and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience, preferably agency‑side managing multiple accounts.
• Fluent, professional business English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of improving account performance with concrete examples.
• Proactive, self‑directed approach to managing a client portfolio.

• Conversion tracking setup, including enhanced and offline conversions
• Server‑side tracking (a plus)
