Creative Service Media Traffic Manager

About the role

The Creative Service Media Traffic Manager will act as the bridge between Circle K’s European media planning and the development of creative assets. You will ensure that the right messages are delivered on time across digital, social, programmatic and other media channels for in‑market campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creative trafficking process, coordinating client, agency and vendor partners.
• Share and verify assets from Circle K’s DAM, upload content to owned channels (Meta, YouTube) and manage versioning and A/B testing.
• Maintain social trackers, fill in campaign details such as captions, targeting and schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Adobe Workfront, Smartly, Aprimo DAM and other planning tools.
• Monitor workflow, recommend optimisations and ensure on‑time delivery of assets for media activations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across multiple countries and functions.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital media and creative best practices.
• 4+ years of experience in media, creative operations or traffic management.
