About the role
AERONES, a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance, is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to lead its platform development team. You will own the platform architecture, drive migration from legacy systems, and introduce AI‑augmented development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own technical architecture using Django, React, GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
- Lead a team of backend (Django/Python) and frontend (React/TypeScript) developers while staying hands‑on.
- Establish AI‑augmented development workflows and train the team on AI coding agents.
- Manage releases, deployments, CI/CD pipelines and Docker‑based workflows.
- Coordinate with product, operations, finance and DevOps teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python/Django and React/TypeScript.
- 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

What we offer
- Salary from 4,000 EUR to 6,000 EUR per month (before taxes).
