DevOps Engineer – Data Platform

About the role

Join Luminor's Data Platform Unit as a DevOps Engineer, where you will help shape reliable, scalable, and efficient data platforms that empower the bank’s technology and business teams to build data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop automation tools and software to improve operational efficiency, reliability and developer experience across DevOps, ITOps and engineering teams.
• Design, build and manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and GitOps practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability with Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch, creating dashboards and actionable metrics.
• Support incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews to continuously improve platform stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Argo CD).
• Fluent English communication skills for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
