Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer to join our elite 10‑person team in Riga. You will help shape user‑centered healthcare solutions, driving innovation across web, mobile and AI‑enhanced products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full‑stack solutions using NestJS for the backend and React/React Native for web and mobile.
• Participate in system design and architectural planning for new products and features, as well as optimise existing infrastructure.
• Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies to improve internal processes and product innovation.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code, conduct code reviews and debug complex issues.
• Collaborate with product, design and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years building and scaling full‑stack applications.
• Proven ability to design and architect software systems independently.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.

Required skills

• Node.js (NestJS) and React/React Native.
• SQL database design, complex querying and performance optimisation.
• PHP and Laravel (preferred for legacy system interaction).
• DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment and Docker containers.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini) is a plus.
