Senior Front End Developer – Platform Widgets

About the role

GR8_TECH is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to design and implement scalable software solutions for its B2B iGaming platform. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges, improving engineering practices, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient, scalable front‑end architectures, write, test and debug complex code, and deliver production‑ready features on schedule.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and manage development projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, research new technologies, enforce testing protocols, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state‑management libraries, build tools, package managers and web testing frameworks.
• Experience with micro‑frontend architectures and Module Federation patterns (Webpack).
• Strong ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimise performance and produce proofs of concept.
• Understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, etc.) and browser internals.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences and an upper‑intermediate level of English.
