About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for global, Fortune‑500 clients. The role combines technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure solutions align with business needs and the broader technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and fellow architects to design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce best practices, and review code for quality and scalability.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts and lead solution workshops with customers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Establish governance policies, security standards, and compliance procedures for all implementations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features, and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Current EU work permit and availability to start within 1‑3 months of an offer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
