Sales Office Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Office Controller to join our Riga office. The role supports the sales department by analysing data, maintaining master records and preparing reports that help drive business decisions. Kronospan is a global leader in wood product manufacturing, and the controller will contribute to operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and maintain master data.
• Prepare sales reports and overviews.
• Create pre‑calculations for sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a sales department.
• Strong analytical and logical abilities.
• Excellent data processing capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
• Higher education in Economics, Analytics or a related field (preferred).
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
