Sales Manager – iGaming B2B

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Support and Service Team in Riga. You will drive revenue growth in the iGaming sector by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and representing the company at international events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking and prospecting.
• Conduct high‑complexity product demos and deliver persuasive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee signing and ensure smooth hand‑over to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal and Account Management to align on sales objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to refine sales strategies.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to showcase solutions and expand the network.
• Report weekly and quarterly results to commercial executives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
• In‑depth understanding of iGaming market trends, regulations and competitive landscape.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel for business trips.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales‑tracking tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with game aggregation platforms and technical B2B product presentation.
