Sales Development Representative

About the role

AppXite is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and qualify pipeline for its AI‑ready Digital Marketplace platform. The SDR will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate qualified opportunities across the Telco, SaaS and Cloud sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts that match the Ideal Customer Profile, maintaining prospect lists in HubSpot and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Execute outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, following multi‑touch cadences.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify them using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC, and filter out poor‑fit prospects.
• Conduct short discovery calls, uncover pain points and schedule qualified demos for the Account Executive.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, notes and lead status in the CRM to ensure pipeline hygiene and reliable forecasting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and with Marketing on campaign ideas, messaging and lead quality feedback.
• Continuously refresh the top of the funnel by re‑engaging dormant leads and staying up‑to‑date on product positioning and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, lead generation or a related B2B role, preferably in IT, SaaS, Cloud or Telecom.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to identify buying intent signals.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage a high volume of outreach and meet qualification targets.
