About the role

The Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of the parts and accessories warehouse for Moller Auto's Volkswagen centre in Riga. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, handling tire storage, and supporting the service department with accurate inventory data.

Key responsibilities

• Order spare parts and accessories, organise deliveries and keep stock at optimal levels.
• Maintain the warehouse, ensuring precise inventory records in the management system.
• Coordinate the "tire hotel" process – store, track and prepare tyres for seasonal changes.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes for parts transactions.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive transport or spare‑parts handling is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and accountability.
• Good physical stamina for handling tyre‑season workload.
• Interest in cars and basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
