About the role

The Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of the parts and accessories warehouse for Moller Auto Krasta Volkswagen. You will manage inventory, coordinate the tire storage service, and support the sales and service teams with accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Order and organise delivery of spare parts and accessories, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Arrange and keep the warehouse tidy, ensuring precise inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate the "tire hotel" process – storage, accounting and preparation for seasonal changes.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive transport or spare‑parts handling is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina for handling tire‑season tasks.
• Interest in cars and basic technical knowledge.
• Proficient in Latvian and English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
