Proposal Coordinator – Business Development

About the role

Join a dynamic Business Development team at Redwire Corporation, a global Space and Defense technology company. As a Proposal Coordinator you will support business development managers, manage client relationships, and assist in proposal and quoting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development managers in nurturing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and opportunity data.
• Prepare regular reports, pipeline updates, sales metrics and conduct market research.
• Assist the Senior Director of Proposals in drafting and submitting quotes using company templates.
• Organize team meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field.
• Experience in proposal coordination or business development, preferably in defense, aerospace or high‑tech sectors.
• Ability to work independently within a distributed international team.
• Professional handling of confidential information and interest in aerospace or defense.
