About the role

The Project Data Administrator will manage and optimise the Novade construction management platform throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures accurate, timely progress reporting and acts as the main liaison between project teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and support daily use of the Novade platform, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Planning and QS departments to align platform templates and structures with the master schedule.
• Collect, verify and upload progress reports, photographs, certificates and inspection records for client and engineer review.
• Synchronise data and reporting flows with project managers and the quality department.
• Update the master plan/gantt with new data, track changes, claims and KPI indicators.
• Manage user access rights, resolve system issues and serve as the primary contact for Novade developers/suppliers.
• Ensure documentation and system data meet internal and external standards, including safety log requirements.

Required profile

• Higher or professional education in document/data management, project management, IT or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data administration, project coordination or report preparation, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Fluent Latvian and English (minimum B2) for daily communication with partners.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and flexibility to adapt data flows to schedule changes.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety documentation.
