About the role

The Data Management and Reporting Coordinator will administer and optimise the Novade construction‑management platform throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures accurate, timely daily, weekly and monthly construction reports in strict compliance with the Red FIDIC contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and support daily use of the Novade platform, guaranteeing data accuracy and Red FIDIC compliance.
• Compile and verify progress reports and supporting documentation (photos, certificates, inspections) for client and FIDIC Engineer review.
• Coordinate with site teams and quality personnel to ensure precise data entry, reporting workflow and issue resolution.
• Liaise with Planning and Quantity Surveying departments to align platform templates with the master schedule.
• Collect monthly data for master‑plan updates and produce reports on claims, changes and KPI tracking.
• Manage user access rights, troubleshoot system issues and act as the primary contact with the Novade supplier.
• Ensure adherence to legal, health‑safety and documentation standards within the platform.

Required profile

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction IT, project management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction projects with a strong focus on data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (B2 level) for daily communication with partners.
• Understanding of construction workflows, modern documentation requirements and state‑or‑supervisory body procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet strict weekly reporting deadlines.
• Ability to adapt reporting structures to changing project phases, contract amendments and schedule adjustments.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols for accurate site‑activity logging.
