Project Manager

About the role

Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) is looking for a Project Manager to join its Project Management organization. You will support marketing‑technology solution teams in delivering strategic transformations while maintaining ongoing operations. The role combines agile and traditional project management to ensure successful delivery across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project execution, facilitate scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and maintain product backlogs.
• Act as primary contact for inbound requests, structure and prioritize cross‑program demand.
• Manage cross‑program coordination, tracking complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives and aligning them with strategic timelines.
• Oversee dependency and interface management, ensuring smooth handovers between product owners and other functions.
• Provide portfolio transparency by maintaining consistent project standards and visibility for leadership.
• Establish and drive KPI tracking, status reporting and performance reporting for all initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic project management professional with experience in both agile and traditional methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with solution teams delivering marketing‑technology projects.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of requests and multi‑program coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
