Project Manager – Customer Feedback (Baltics)

About the role

Swedbank is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the development of customer feedback processes across the Baltic region. You will ensure systematic collection, analysis, and improvement of feedback to enhance customer service and employee competence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer feedback is collected in an agreed‑upon manner.
• Design and implement new solutions for feedback collection.
• Initiate, lead and deliver cross‑border projects within set timelines.
• Represent the Baltic Customer Feedback Area in related organisational projects.
• Maintain and continuously improve processes, practices and tools across Baltic countries.
• Perform qualitative analysis of feedback, generate insights and recommend service improvements.
• Collaborate with counterparties from Baltic countries and other units.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in international process‑development projects.
• Proven experience with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong project‑management and decision‑alignment skills.
• High self‑leadership, structured working style and strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and cooperation with diverse cross‑border stakeholders.
• Very good written and verbal English (B2 + , preferably C1).
