Product Owner – Cash Management (Corporate Statements)

About the role

As a Product Owner at Luminor you will lead an agile team responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of corporate statement services. You will shape reliable, compliant and user‑friendly statement capabilities for corporate customers across Baltic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of bank‑to‑customer and SWIFT statement services, including formats, delivery channels, history, data quality and technical resilience.
• Define statement data and standards requirements, aligning SWIFT and ISO 20022 specifications with stakeholder needs.
• Prioritise the product backlog, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide the team toward stable delivery.
• Coordinate integrations across accounts, payments, channels, data platforms, operations and IT to ensure correct source data and consistent processing.
• Monitor product performance – availability, incidents, data quality, integration stability and technical risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, audit, retention and customer agreement requirements in the Baltic region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership, agile delivery or cash‑management related domains such as corporate banking, payments or digital banking services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially around data quality, incident handling and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with business, operations, compliance, data and IT teams.
• Comfortable leading an agile team, setting direction and making prioritisation decisions.
