Partnership Manager

About the role

Join Luminor as a Partnership Manager and help build a local banking champion by delivering excellent partner experiences across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality relationships with allocated key partners using remote communication tools.
• Identify and acquire new target partners from the market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner and end‑customer satisfaction.
• Organise cooperation events such as seminars, webinars and open‑door sessions.
• Train partners on credit and savings topics and participate in partner‑organized events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management or customer acquisition.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate and develop new growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and Latvian, both spoken and written.
