About the role

CostPocket is looking for a Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for new customers, explain the platform’s benefits and support the software implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations for prospective clients.
• Contact newly registered users, identify their needs and demonstrate how CostPocket can help.
• Make cold‑call outreach to potential customers who are not yet aware of the solution.
• Organise online webinars and on‑site conferences.
• Engage with existing clients and proactively propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with customer support, marketing and technical teams to develop the business.

Required profile

• Excellent Latvian language skills.
• Good English language proficiency for internal communication.
• Strong communication abilities and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Responsibility, perseverance and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Sales experience is a plus; experience with accounting is also advantageous.
