NOC Engineer

About the role

Webbing is looking for a motivated NOC Engineer to join its Network Operations Center. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving network‑related incidents for enterprise and IoT customers across a global MVNO platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, troubleshoot and resolve customer solution and network issues, events, and incidents.
• Communicate directly with customers and via mass‑communication tools.
• Distribute tasks internally and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance of products, services and customer solutions.
• Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
• Work in hybrid mode with night‑shift options from home.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress).
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high sense of responsibility.
• Interest in mobile technologies, IoT and emerging network standards.

Required skills

• Mobile core and roaming knowledge.
• Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile network technologies.
• Experience with IoT technologies.
• Network monitoring and surveillance tools.
