Network Planning Coordinator

About the role

As a Network Planning Coordinator at Norse Atlantic Airways, you will help shape and maintain the airline’s flight network. You will work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient aircraft utilisation and smooth delivery of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain seasonal flight schedules and network operations.
• Coordinate aircraft allocation with Operations and Maintenance.
• Evaluate operational feasibility of charter and ad‑hoc flight requests.
• Optimise flight schedules for efficient use of resources.
• Support airport slot coordination and fleet planning, including ACMI and charter operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an airline operational or commercial role.
• Education in Logistics, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Strong digital literacy and MS Office proficiency.
