About the role

The hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant and a Junior Nursing Assistant to work in the 4th Urology Department on a temporary basis. The role involves providing direct patient care and supporting nursing procedures in a fast‑paced inpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing activities to meet patients' basic needs.
• Perform nursing tasks related to patient admission and discharge from the inpatient unit.
• Carry out hygiene procedures for patients.
• Execute nursing instructions that ensure diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are performed for department patients.

Required profile

• Education as a nursing assistant (desired).
• Registration in the state register of health professionals (desired).
• Experience in nursing assistant or sanitary work (desired).
• Mandatory knowledge of the state language.
• Good communication abilities, kind and responsive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and precision.

Required skills

• Patient hygiene procedures.
• Assistance with patient admission and discharge.
• Execution of nursing instructions for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

What we offer

• Hourly base rate: 5.30 EUR/h (Junior) and 5.75 EUR/h (Assistant) gross.
• Additional allowances for night work, seniority, intensity or risk as per labor legislation.
• Average monthly salary for 168 h (including night allowance): from 1,208 EUR gross (Junior) and from 1,113 EUR gross (Assistant).
