Marketing Manager

About the role

Meditec AB, a leading Latvian developer of healthcare and emergency‑services IT solutions, is looking for a creative Marketing Manager to raise the visibility of its products and turn market interest into a measurable sales pipeline. The role is hands‑on and strategic, covering the full marketing lifecycle from positioning to demand‑generation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Meditec’s marketing strategy for IT products and services, aligned with corporate goals.
• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads.
• Act as product ambassador, translating complex healthcare‑IT solutions into clear, compelling messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Track marketing performance – leads, conversions, ROI and pipeline contribution – and continuously optimise activities.
• Organise webinars, product demos, seminars, client events and industry exhibitions to build market presence.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new segments and refine positioning.
• Develop and manage internal and external communication, including PR, media relations and digital content.
• Maintain and improve the company website and social media channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare‑technology marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and act on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting stories for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative attitude, working closely with sales, product and leadership teams.

Required skills

• Experience planning and executing demand‑generation campaigns.
• Ability to produce digital content for websites, social media and email.
• Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms.
