About the role

Aerones is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The role is essential for managing domestic and international shipments and ensuring smooth, cost‑effective logistics operations that support our innovative robotic solutions for wind turbine maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to maintain seamless logistics operations.
• Prepare shipping documentation, monitor shipments, and resolve transportation issues.
• Support import/export and customs compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and continuously optimise logistics processes.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• Good understanding of import/export and customs procedures.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Certificate of Dangerous Goods Training.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP (or Monitor ERP) experience is an advantage.
