Junior Tosca Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Join Accenture’s leading testing capability in the Nordics as a Junior Tosca Test Automation Engineer. You will work on cutting‑edge automation projects for Fortune 500 clients, using Tricentis Tosca to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test solutions with Tricentis Tosca across Web, API, Mobile, SAP and other packaged applications.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks that follow enterprise standards.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, distributed execution, and reporting.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering front‑end, back‑end, APIs, Mobile, SAP and other landscapes with risk‑based coverage.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, optimise execution, and support test monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with test managers, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to align automation activities with project goals and timelines.

Required profile

• Completion of an Accenture bootcamp.
• Understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates and test management.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration abilities in cross‑functional, distributed teams.
