Junior Software Engineer — AI Startup

About the role

We are an early‑stage AI startup building a next‑generation hiring intelligence and automation platform. We are looking for a university student to join as a Junior Software Engineer to help build the product from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Build new product features across frontend and backend.
• Develop intuitive user experiences and rapidly prototype ideas.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows and integrate APIs.
• Manage code with GitHub, use Supabase for database and authentication, and deploy via Cloudflare.
• Test new AI technologies and help shape the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable in an early‑stage startup environment.
• Product‑minded with strong UX instincts and ability to move quickly from idea to prototype.
