About the role

JYSK is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of computer hardware, end‑devices and user accounts across its retail network. The role combines hands‑on technical work with incident coordination and continuous improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, supervise and maintain computer hardware and other end‑devices.
• Process user requests and provide prompt operational solutions.
• Organise incident resolution and communicate with all involved parties.
• Maintain order of user and workstation accounts and keep IT documentation up to date.
• Ensure hardware and software are kept up‑to‑date.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of the IT support team.
• Travel to stores in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for on‑site support.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra) accounts.
• Good command of Latvian and English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
