IT Operations Specialist

About the role

The IT Operations Specialist will provide technical support and consultancy to all employees, ensuring smooth operation of computers, software and information systems within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT technical support and resolve hardware, software and system‑related issues for staff.
• Administer information systems, manage user access rights and keep the IT configuration inventory up to date.
• Maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, including software installation, configuration and ongoing technical maintenance.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, handle IT requests and contribute to development projects for information systems and IT solutions.

Required profile

• Professional secondary education in information technology, engineering or a related field, or secondary education supplemented with relevant training.
• At least six months of professional experience in an IT role.
• State language proficiency at B‑level (second stage) or education completed in the state language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Active Directory.
• Experience with SCCM, printer configuration and MS Office 365.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
