IT infrastruktūras projektu vadītājs

About the role

Datakom is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and supervise the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and monitor project costs, timelines and required resources.
• Coordinate collaboration between the project team, vendors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation measures as needed.
• Prepare, maintain and update project documentation and deliver regular, high‑quality status reports.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including client needs analysis, solution design, proposal preparation and presentation.

Required profile

• First‑level professional higher education, preferably in IT, project management or business.
• At least 2 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects and working directly with clients.
• Proven experience with project‑management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent Latvian language skills and good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, collaboration and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Effective planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Initiative, flexibility and a practical problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work constructively with diverse stakeholders.

• Base salary of 2,500 – 3,000 EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
