About the role

We are seeking an IT Development Project Manager to lead information system development projects from idea through to delivery. The role involves translating user requirements into technical specifications and ensuring successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead information system development projects from conception to rollout.
• Gather and structure user requirements, converting them into technical tasks.
• Coordinate collaboration between business users, IT teams, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor project execution, including timelines, risks, and results.
• Ensure a controlled and traceable solution delivery process.
• Organise system testing, deployment and evaluate outcomes.
• Guarantee compliance with IT best‑practice and security standards.

Required profile

• Higher (or first‑level professional) education in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT project management or system development.
• Practical experience in business requirement analysis, process description and optimisation (BPMN2 or similar).
• Understanding of IT solution architecture, integrations and system operation principles.
• Knowledge of information system lifecycle management and basics of Windows and Linux servers.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and assess risks.
• Proficiency in the national language (C1) and English (at least B2).
