International Moving Manager

About the role

CVN is expanding its international relocation business and seeks a proactive manager to own and grow this new direction. You will receive the brand, marketing support, client leads and a dedicated team, while being responsible for turning each request into a successful cross‑border move.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming international relocation inquiries and assess client needs.
• Prepare and present tailored service proposals, including cost calculations.
• Identify, evaluate and select transport and partnership providers across Europe and other regions.
• Negotiate terms with partners and sell the service to clients.
• Coordinate the entire relocation process from the first call to final delivery of goods.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout each project.
• Proactively seek new customers, partners and growth opportunities for the relocation line.

Required profile

• Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales and client‑communication abilities.
• Quick information‑gathering and problem‑solving skills.
• Good orientation in logistics or a strong willingness to learn it rapidly.
• Self‑driven, responsible and eager to build a business line from the ground up.
• Experience in logistics, international freight forwarding, relocation or sales is a strong advantage.
