Integration and Data Migration Specialist

About the role

Intrum is hiring an Integration and Data Migration Specialist in Riga. The specialist ensures accurate, secure and efficient data movement and integration between systems during implementations, upgrades and ongoing operations. The role designs, develops and maintains data integration and migration solutions, including ETL processes, APIs and automated data flows, ensuring data integrity, compliance and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data structures and design data mappings between systems
• Develop and optimize ETL processes, integration workflows and API-based data exchanges
• Perform data transformation, validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot integration and migration issues and coordinate resolution across teams
• Maintain data dictionaries, mapping documentation and integration/migration logs
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards
• Support automation of integration and migration processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and integration requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data integration, migration or related roles
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM and Workday

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, scripting or ETL tools (e.g. SSIS, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Boomi, MuleSoft)
• Understanding of data transformation, validation and integration patterns
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
