About the role

Individuals is a Digital Strategy Studio seeking a long‑term collaboration partner to deliver Google‑related services for its clients. You will work remotely, supporting strategic digital marketing ecosystems across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, set up, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive Google Ads account audits.
• Implement Google Analytics 4 and produce actionable reports.
• Configure Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking.
• Set up and optimise Google Business Profile listings.
• Support clients within your area of expertise and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Strategist and other specialists.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who can translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Delivers high‑quality work, takes ownership, and communicates proactively.
• Values long‑term partnerships over one‑off projects.
• Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team and can issue invoices for services.
• Latvian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
