Marketing Project Manager (Mentorship)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead our subscription‑based Mentorship Program within the Community and Influencers team. The role blends project management, technical collaboration, and marketing execution to drive growth and empower merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development and execution of the Mentorship Program, aligning with company growth objectives.
• Define and manage the program roadmap, integrating community initiatives, educational courses, and mentor engagements.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of platform features.
• Partner with marketing teams to design acquisition campaigns, email promotions, and content delivery across the merchant lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends in e‑commerce and print‑on‑demand, and iterate to improve program performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in marketing or growth.
• Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to work closely with developers and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and sellers, with a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
