Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js & Laravel)

About the role

Bioma creates probiotic supplements that support gut health, energy and focus. As a Full‑Stack Engineer you will own end‑to‑end development of web applications using Next.js on the front‑end and PHP/Laravel on the back‑end, from architecture through deployment and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels for rapid experimentation.
• Build personalisation and scoring systems to deliver targeted offers.
• Develop internal tools that support advertising, marketing and operational workflows.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage complex data flows and resolve performance challenges.
• Make architectural decisions to improve security, scalability and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and raise code‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Next.js, React, PHP and Laravel.
• Solid full‑stack fundamentals, clean architecture, design patterns, APIs and automated testing.
• Ability to own both front‑end and back‑end development and navigate complex business logic.
• Proven track record of shipping, measuring and iterating quickly in an experimentation‑driven environment.
• Senior mindset with high ownership, technical judgment and focus on business impact.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude.
