Founder's Associate (Operations & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the CEO of Spotwise, a fast‑growing adtech startup. The role combines operational support with building and maintaining the internal automation stack that enables a small team to operate at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the internal automation stack using tools such as n8n, Zapier and Make.
• Integrate CRM, email, document and AI tools to ensure seamless information flow.
• Manage the founder’s inbox, calendar, meeting preparation and follow‑ups.
• Transform ad‑hoc processes into documented, repeatable systems.
• Support research, operations and project work as priorities evolve.
• Collaborate closely with fundraising, sales and product teams to understand their workflows.

Required profile

• Ambitious to build a startup one day and eager to learn how a venture‑backed company runs.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable automating tasks and learning new tools quickly.
• Daily user of AI tools to increase productivity.
• Highly organised, reliable and proactive without needing constant supervision.
• Thrives in the fast‑paced, chaotic environment of an early‑stage startup.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €8–15 gross (approximately €580–1,300 per month).
• Flexible part‑time or full‑time arrangement.
• Hybrid work model based in Riga.
