Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst (Finance)

About the role

Roche is looking for an Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst to ensure uninterrupted business activities and compliance with Service Level Agreements. This fixed‑term position (1 year) supports data quality, lifecycle management and monitoring across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive continuous improvement of master data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming incidents and support Roche affiliates and regional IT departments.
• Evaluate user requests using ITIL methodology and prioritize them for IT teams.
• Collaborate with IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage continuous data cleansing, data‑lifecycle management and audit controls (ICFR).
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, user guidance and deliver training material.
• Lead or participate in global and RSS projects related to master data.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑centric with solid stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working independently and within a team.
• Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and innovative.
• 3‑5 years of master data management experience (desirable).

Required skills

• SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP CO, SAP SD modules.
• SAP MDG Finance Objects.
• ITIL methodology for incident and request handling.
