DevOps Engineer (Cloud Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑senior level DevOps Engineer to help build and evolve our cloud platforms. You will work on two strategic products – an AWS Landing Zone that provides a secure, compliant multi‑account foundation, and a Cloud‑Native Internal Development Platform that enables self‑service application delivery on AWS and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers and guide them toward higher capability.
• Implement standardized solutions to ensure operational integrity, performance, and reliability of cloud components.
• Build and maintain observability capabilities, including metrics, logs, and event management.
• Manage cloud inventory, capacity planning, billing, and tag governance.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques for cross‑platform issues.
• Develop, monitor, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, optimizing processes.
• Build automation tools, scripts, and frameworks for large‑scale environments.
• Collaborate with application teams to implement standardized operational practices and provide hands‑on coaching.

Required profile

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in ceremonies.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting architectures and procedures.
• Solid background in Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
