About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and responsible Data Centre Expert to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure. You will work in one of the most modern data centres in the Baltic region, supporting thousands of global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Keep data‑centre equipment (servers, disk arrays, network components, virtualization environment) in operational order.
• Prepare infrastructure for the installation of new IT systems.
• Install, configure and update servers and related hardware.
• Perform regular software updates, monitoring and improvement planning.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure specialists and provide support to data‑centre clients.
• Be available for planned out‑of‑hours work when required (paid).

Required profile

• Practical experience with data‑centre equipment and its operation.
• Knowledge of IT hardware used in data centres (servers, storage arrays, etc.).
• Ability to work with storage solutions and server infrastructure.
• Understanding of IT security, documentation standards and procedural work.
• Strong desire to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
• Excellent Latvian and good English language skills.
• Independent work planning, responsible attitude and good communication.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and eligibility to work in critical‑infrastructure environments.
