Data Analytics Consulting Manager

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Manager for its Data Analytics Consulting practice to lead data‑driven transformation projects for Life Sciences clients. The role combines strategic consulting, solution design and team leadership to help customers build modern data platforms and analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and define data strategies.
• Lead consulting engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence and actionable documentation for hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Map client visions to EPAM products and components, assemble cross‑functional teams of analysts and engineers, and drive MVP delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and presale activities, including RFP responses, proposals and pitches for new business.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to design data lakes, data warehouses, BI/reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
• Mentor and coach clients and internal team members on best practices in data and analytics.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 3 years in management, delivery or presales.
• 5+ years working in the Life Sciences industry or with Life Sciences clients (clinical trials, R&D, commercial, regulatory, etc.).
• Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence solution design.
• Strong track record of end‑to‑end data‑analytics project delivery.
